Please provide a complete and current RFQ package for the requested manufacturing scope.

Required Project Information

Manufacturing scope: PCB assembly, box build, or both.
BOM with manufacturer names, full manufacturer part numbers (MPNs), and quantities per board or finished unit. For PCB assembly, include reference designators and fitted / not-fitted status.
Gerber and drill files, PCB specifications, and stack-up where PCB fabrication is included.
Pick & Place / Centroid data and PCBA assembly drawings where PCB assembly is included.
Mechanical drawings, box build assembly instructions, and cable or wire harness drawings where applicable.
Quantities to be quoted and target delivery schedule.
Material supply model: turnkey, partial-turnkey, or consigned.
Customer-supplied material list and mandatory sourcing restrictions, where applicable.
Applicable document revisions and build variants.
Firmware programming required: Yes / No.
ICT or functional testing required: Yes / No. Please describe the required test type and scope.
Estimated programming and testing time per board or finished unit, if known.
Programming tools and test fixtures: customer-supplied or to be quoted, if required.
Special assembly, inspection, quality, labeling, or packaging requirements.

If you supply completed PCBAs for final product assembly only, PCB fabrication files are not normally required unless needed for a specific agreed operation.

Firmware and software files are not required for the initial quotation. If fixture development is required, please provide the test requirements for a separate quotation.

Production firmware, programming instructions, and detailed test procedures and acceptance criteria can be provided after order confirmation and must be confirmed before the relevant production activities begin.

Please ensure that all submitted files correspond to the intended product configuration and identify any pending changes.

We begin quotation preparation once the required quotation information is complete and the manufacturing scope is confirmed.
